My wood fence was looking not looking the best.. it’s a pine fence that has been up several years.. I watched a video about using a pool cleaner to come back to original color.. I have always used TWP stain to do my entire fence around my home.. I use TWP PRO SERIES cedartone .. which I absolutely love.. It never disappoints!!! 2 coats and it looks fabulous!! AS you can see part of the fence has 1 coat and I’m working on the second coat!!

I stained out 8′ board and batten fence and porch frames off my shop, fence has been up for 1 year, pressure washed and let dry for a week, the applied TWP Charcoal, semi solid stain with an airless sprayer, 2 coats front and back, 65 gallons(fence is faced on both sides). We love the the way this turned out. Now we can put the roofing on the porches and down lights on the fence (every other post).

The old deck using non-treated lumber failed. Built a new deck using treated lumber and an Intex railing system. The deck turned out so great Intex decided to feature it on their website. Pictures below show the deck before staining and two pictures show the stained deck. We also refurbished our front porch and stained it with TWP stain. Both the deck and porch are stained with TWP 1530 Natural stain. our first 5-gallon pail lasted for 3 years.

In June 2021, Fidalgo Restoration blasted off unknown former cracked stain with walnut shell beads, ground, and sanded to 80 grit the logs of our house. They applied one coat of TWP 1501, sprayed and rolled, during the record heat dome.
Last summer, the finish would not absorb water. This year, the upper log surfaces would absorb, and the color had started to fade.
I bought kits from the online store of TWP 1501 Cedartone, and Restore-A-Deck. We pre-treated per instructions for Part 1 and 2 Restore-A-Deck, and rinsed, let dry two days. Tested moisture at 10-12% in logs. Sunnyside Painting sprayed and brushed two coats, wet on wet, of the 1501.The wonderful warm tones are back, and the logs look great!

It was time to clean and stain the pool deck again. The deck takes a beating between the pool water and the NC sunshine. We used the Gemini restore a deck cleaner and brightener and TWP-100 Cedar tone stain. We applied the cleaner with a pump sprayer, let it soak in for a few then would wash it with a pressure washer set at a lower psi. We worked in areas approximately 6′ x 10′ so the cleaner didn’t dry. Waiting about 2 days for the wood to dry before applying the stain. This is the 2nd time this deck has been stained using the same products. Great results!

Context entry. I renovated my front porch with Cedar in 2023. I wanted to stain it to display the wood grain and protect the wood from the weather. I waited 10 months for the wood to acclimate. In Spring of 2024, I applied Gemini Restore-a-deck Cleaner and Brightener kit. I then applied two gallons of TWP-206 using a brush. I was worried about how dark it was immediately after staining. But the stain lightens after a few weeks in the heat and the sun. While I have much experience painting, this was my first time staining. I made a few mistakes, but visitors don’t seem to notice. I am very satisfied with the result. It looks good and the stain prevents water from penetrating the wood.

90ft dock restoration.
I recently re-stained my dock. The project was a combo of old wood and new wood staining. I have previously used TWP Rustic 116 with 2 coats. This time around, I wanted to try a lighter look. After prepping the wood with RAD cleaner and brightener, I used a scrub brush for application. After drying, I applied 1 coat of a 50/50 mix of TWP Rustic 116 and TWP Dark Oak 103, with a 4in natural brush. Then after 2 days, I applied 1 coat of TWP Clear 100. I constantly get compliments, along with inquires as to what products were used. Thank you TWP and RAD, they are truly the high-water mark in deck restoration.

I stained my deck using TWP 1500 in Rustic. It had been over 5 years since it was last done, so I cleaned the deck and waited for a sunny week. Unfortunately about 16 hours after I finished, there was an unexpected rain cell, but all seems fine (phew!).
