Russ, TWP is not designed for Interior wood but can be used on all exterior wood including tables.
I saw a comment that TWP is not designed for an interior wood bench. Is TWP designed for any furniture? I have a cedar table that will be used in a screened-in porch. Is TWP appropriate for this application?

Roger, you cannot apply TWP on top of a solid color stain so in your scenario it will not work for you. You would have to completely remove the solid stain by sanding all the fencing.
I am a board member of an HOA in Loveland CO.
We are in need of having all the vertical cedar board fencing stained with a dark color solid stain. These boards have an existing solid stain from Behr that is water based clean

I am looking for the best wood stain whether for redwood or teak to be used for an INTERIOR wood slat bench in a Fitness Center or Locker room. I need light to dark color stain range. It needs long term duration of wear and durability. will prefer clear coating to seal, but will take recommendations. I am in Dallas Texas.
