EASY TO APPLY
TWP Natural Effect Impregnators are easily applied by brush, roller, pump sprayer, or traditional spray equipment. As with any waterborne system technology, they go on milky and they “clear” as they dry. No matter how inconsistently or unevenly applied, the color is perfect even when dry. Special caution should be used in not allowing the impregnator to get on surrounding window frames, masonry, etc. as they penetrate so well that they cannot be removed.
PERFORMANCE
TWP Natural Effect Impregnators are tinted with iron oxide pigments, contain UV absorbers, and are extremely resistant to solar radiation. Their function is to preserve the wood from degradation (UV light, microorganisms, etc.), thus preventing the change in color of the wood, in addition to promoting adhesion of the Natural Effect Finish.

We are having a new garapa deck installed and we would like to maintain the color as close to possible. Would you recommend using the Honeytone TWP 1500 Series or the waterbased Natural Effect in the Teak color stain? Or is there another product that would be a better fit. We would like to maintain a honey golden color as much as possible. Thank you
Our best product for garapa is the Natural Effect. Teak is the lightest tint.
Thank you, do you offer samples of natural effect so we can test out the color?
You can call the office to order a sample of it.
We added the samples to the site:

Thank you! Can this be applied to new wood deck or does it require the wood to weather prior to applying? We were hoping to be able to seal it once it is installed.
It has to weather and be prepped.
