Either is fine but most use the 100 Series there. Apply two coats with wet on wet application.

Your contractor will have to remove the Arborcoat by sanding it off. For Northern VA, you are required to use the TWP 1500 Series.

You have to remove all of the Sikkens. You cannot apply TWP on top of it. The RAD stain stripper will help to achieve this.

Start by removing the Sikkens 100% first. Use the Restore A Deck Stripper and pressure washing to remove. Use the RAD brightener after removal. Stain with the TWP 1500 when done.

I have just re-done my deck with a composite flooring and cedar screen, arbor and railings. I was thinking of ‘sealing’ all the cedar vs staining it. I don’t want it to be dark or start to grey. What do you recommend?

The TWP 1500 Series is what you would need for Indiana.

The Clear can be added. To make the Dark Oak 1/2 as light you would need equal parts of the Clear and the Dark Oak.
I have shingle oil on my house. Basically a mineral oil made by chevron.
I have treated the siding with jomax and bleach including scrubbing all the siding. There is still some beading though some absorption. How compatible is your product with this condition.

Remove the old sealer by stripping and pressure washing. Brighten the wood when done. Stain with either the 100 or 1500 Series.

Just be careful of drying evenly in the hot temps. Make sure to be quick and keep a wet edge. Try to do in shade if possible.

No need to if unless you are in a low VOC state. I would just stay with the 100 series for your deck.

2. Clear will not provide UV protection from graying. Need a color/tint.
3. You can stain underneath for appearance.
I live in Des Moines, Iowa and have a 2 year old cedar deck on the south side of my home. It is an upper level deck because I have a walk out basement with a concrete patio directly underneath my cedar deck.

Use the 100 Series. New wood and old wood will not match. The newer wood will be lighter in color as they are less absorbent.
I live in SC and I have an 11 year old deck that needs to be restored. I stripped it and sanded it down. I had to replace some of the wood with new pieces and wanted to know what stain I should use. My concern is the colors not matching on the new 5 boards and the old wood. Please advise.

Use the 1500. The 200 is for shakes and shingles.

TWP does not come in a solid stain. Look at the Dark Oak for a dark brown color but it will show the wood grain. Prep first with a Gemini Restore Kit.
